Capital Source Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) is a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. We value and respect your right to privacy, and to this end are committed to protecting your personal data provided to us. We have created this Privacy Statement to demonstrate our firm commitment to the individual’s right to data protection and privacy. This Privacy Statement outlines how we handle information that can be used to directly or indirectly identify an individual
The information about the User is collected by the Company as (i) information supplied by Users and (ii) information automatically tracked during User’s navigation on our Platforms.
A. Information Collection and Usage
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.
Types of Data Collected:
1. Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
(a) personal particulars (e.g., name, contact details, residential address, date of birth, identity card/passport details, profile photos, social media handles and other social media profile information, and/or education details); (b) private or public cryptographic key relating to addresses on distributed ledger networks and/or similar information; and/or (c) personal opinions made known to us (e.g., feedback or responses to surveys); (d) data from activity that is publicly visible and/or accessible on blockchains; (e) in-game messages to the Services (support tickets raised by you and chat logs); (f) any other information you choose to share (i.e. data to identify your lost account); (g) your game data details and game progress; (h) mobile device identifiers and IP address, your device data like the device name, operating system, and language data we collect with cookies and similar technologies; (i) gameplay data and/or interactions with other players inside the Platforms performance and debugging information data collected from our partners. We also use third-party partners, such as social networking sites, advertising networks, and data analytics providers.. This may include blockchain addresses and information regarding purchases, sales, or transfers of NFTs, which may then be associated with other data you have provided to us; (j) we may collect Personal Data from third parties. Such third parties may include the companies that provide services to us and our group companies; (k) data made available by you via your privacy settings in third-party services like Facebook, Google, Apple Demographic data (such as to determine the coarse location of your IP address); (l) data to fight fraud related to refund or advertising; (m) data from Platforms that the games run on (such as purchase data to verify payments); (n) any additional information (such as data for advertising and analytics purposes) to help improve the services we provide
2. Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
To improve the effectiveness and usability of the Platforms for our Users, we use “cookies”, or such similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the User’s individual interests using the identified computer. Unless the User voluntarily identifies himself/herself (e.g., through registration), we have no way of knowing who the User is, even if we assign a cookie to the User’s computer. The only personal information a cookie can contain is information supplied by the User. A cookie cannot read data off the User’s hard drive. The company’s advertisers may also assign their own cookies to the User’s browser (if the User clicks on their ad banners), a process that we do not control.
The Company’s web servers automatically collect limited information about User’s computer’s connection to the Internet, including User’s IP address, when the User visits the Portal. (User’s IP address is a number that lets computers attached to the Internet know where to send data to the User such as the web pages viewed by the User). The User’s IP address does not identify the User personally. We use this information to deliver its web pages to Users upon request, to tailor its Platforms to the interests of its users, to measure traffic within the Plarform and let advertisers know the geographic locations from where our visitors come.
B. Use of Data
The Company may collect, use and/or disclose your Personal Data for its business purposes, including operations for these purposes. These may include, without limitation, the following:
(a) developing and providing facilities, products or services (whether made available by us or through us), including but not limited to: (i) sale of digital tokens or non- fungible tokens through Token Generation Event or Airdrops; (ii) acting as intermediaries through any blockchain, network or platform developed or token generation event or any other platform managed by us; (iii) recording and/or encryption on any blockchain, network or platform developed or managed by us; (iv) promoting advertisements or marketing material, whether from us or third parties; (v) various products and/or services (whether digital or not, and whether provided through an external service provider or otherwise); (vi) providing, managing or accessing digital wallets for holding digital assets (digital assets for the current purpose stands limited to tokens and NFTs); (vii) making payments for participation in any blockchain, network or platform developed or managed by us (as applicable); (viii) services for purchasing, trading, staking and/or holding of digital assets; (ix) various products and/or services related to digital assets; (x) any escrow, courier, anti-counterfeiting or dispute resolution services; (xi) transactions and clearing or reporting on these transactions; (xii) carrying out research, planning and statistical analysis;
(b) assessing and processing applications, instructions, transactions, or requests from you or our customers;
(c) communicating with you, including providing you with updates on changes to products, services and banking facilities (whether made available by us or through us) including any additions, expansions, suspensions and replacements of or to such products, services and banking facilities and their terms and conditions;
(d) managing our infrastructure and business operations and complying with internal policies and procedures;
(e) responding to queries or feedback;
(f) addressing or investigating any complaints, claims or disputes;
(g) verifying your identity for the purposes of providing facilities, products or services, which would require a comparison of your personal information against third-party databases and/or provision of such information to third-party service providers;
(h) conducting credit checks, screenings or due diligence checks as may be required under applicable law, regulation or directive;
(i) complying with all applicable laws, regulations, rules, directives, orders, instructions and requests from any local or foreign authorities, including regulatory, governmental, tax and law enforcement authorities or other authorities;
(j) monitoring products and services provided by or made available through us;
(k) financial reporting, regulatory reporting, management reporting, risk management (including monitoring credit exposures, preventing, detecting and investigating crime, including fraud and any form of financial crime), audit, record-keeping purposes and other business purposes such as audits, security, fraud monitoring, and prevention;
(l) to understand and analyze the usage trends and preferences of our users in order to improve the Services, and to develop new products, services, features, and functionalities.
C. Transfer of Data
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

The Company may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
(i) To comply with a legal obligation; (ii) to protect and defend the rights or property of the Company; (iii) to prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service; (iv) to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public; (v) to protect against legal liability.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
I. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at; firstname.lastname@example.org. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
J. Limitation of Liabilities
The Company makes no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the contents available through the Platform and expressly disclaims liability for errors and omissions in the contents available through the Platform. No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, is given with respect to the contents available through the site/platform or its links to other internet resources as may be available to you through the site/platform.
